Planning for sudden changes in demand

A number of government agencies rely on charging fees for services to fund their operations. But what happens if demand for those services tanks? We were asked by a large government agency to develop a response plan which would mitigate this risk. The plan modelled a range of different scenarios where demand could plummet.

We identified the impacts and a mix of possible responses for each scenario. We also advised how our client could best prepare for an event and provided a high-level implementation plan.
