Capability and constraints review of Solomon Islands’ Inland Revenue agency

Developing local capability in tax administration is an important enabler of economic development in Pacific nations. We worked with the International Development Group of the NZ Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in assessing progress in developing internal capability in the Solomon Islands' Inland Revenue agency.

This identified strategies for capability development geared towards strengthening tax administration, and recommended levels of funding and support for the next 5-year phase of development.
